Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
• Our gourmet, handcrafted treatments can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship.
• Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system. All sales are final.
